Deep tissue massage is a technique in which the lifestyle specialist will use at a deep pressure. The Lifestyle Specialist will use slow gliding strokes with the use of deep pressure from their fingers. This technique will allow tension to be released from the muscles and tightness held deep in your muscles and your connective tissues.
A Prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a Lifestyle Specialist with a certification in Prenatal massage. Prenatal is similar to a Swedish massage, only modified with body positioning, to ensure the safety and comfort of both Mom and little one.
Postnatal massage is a full body massage that is performed by a Lifestyle Specialist. Post Massage can help ease Mom into motherhood by offering physical and emotional support and benefits. This massage is a wonderful help for those who have had a miscarriage or unsuccessful delivery, as well as those suffering and or recovering from Postpartum.
